Everything was brilliant. The location, the cozy apartment, the lack of noise inside the apartment and finally the instant response of the hostess to my questions.

This is a section that should not be considered as 100% a problem. The internet connection is mediocre. The water heating could provide a little bit bigger amount of heated water. But this depends to each person individually. 2 of the 3 of us didn't said it was enough.

The location was good, in the city center close to the majority of the city’s attractions. The place was very clean and also had a modern and upbeat design.

Warm water was not sufficient at all, even if we had the heater on for 20 minutes, as it was recommended by the manager of the flat. The water was warm for maximum 4 minutes, so we were forced to have mostly cold showers throughout our stay. Another issue was privacy and sound proofing. The flat is located at the mezzanine of the building and as a result it’s in very close proximity to the bars of the street. People can have a full view of you so you are forced to turn down the blinds completely to have privacy, making the flat very claustrophobic. Also, during the night, it was rather loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it. Lastly, a very uncomfortable and unfortunate interaction with the manager happened. After we checked out of this establishment and we reached our destinations, I received a message from her, claiming that 2 single sheets were missing and implying that we took, or worse, stole them and expecting us to pay 40€ for them. When we saw the message and later speaking to her on the phone, we checked thoroughly every single luggage that we had, to see if we may have accidentally packed one of those sheets. Her tone was very passive aggressive, patronizing and condescending, something we really didn't appreciate. At the end of the day, of'course we didn't take anything from this flat and this whole debacle caused us significant distress. Our friend who slept on the sleeper sofa, doesn’t remember seeing any extra sheets, so I believe (and hope) that they forgot to place them in the flat in the first place. All in all, and to clarify, we don’t have any need of used hotel sheets and I highly recommend to think profusely before making such a bold and serious accusation.

The location of the property is in the middle of the city in a vibrant street with several bars and cafes.

Parking is challenging as it is not included with the property. The recommended garage by the host is 20 Euro per day so it's quite expensive.

The location was great. It was nice to have a separate space from the bedroom (little lounge area)

It might be useful to have written instructions for the use of the washer/dryer and the stove top. Kitchen utensils/appliances could include toaster, cutting knives. Bedside table/lamp on both bedsides wound be nice. We appreciated having 2 extra pillows Brough over after requesting these… but there were no pillowcases for these.

The apartment was clean and nice, the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The location was perfect, central in a lively street, but the windows were pretty soundproof so you could sleep peacefully

It could do with a small table where you can eat meals

It is a very cosy studio in the city center of Thessaloniki! Our daughter loved it! It is the second time we stayed in CC LUX STUDIO and we will for sure use it again and in the future time.
