Location is excellent and the cleanest apartments we have used in La Carihuela

The location is excellent, located in a quiet street but within a very short walk to numerous bars, shops, restaurants and La Carihuela beach.

Location was perfect so close to the beach and so many bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the lady who cleans there is so friendly and lovely. Cleaning was offered daily. Check in was easy. Apartments are really quiet despite being so close to everything. We’d definitely stay here again.

The only one small improvement is there is only 1 mirror in the bathroom would be great if there could be another mirror in the apartment.

Fantastic location in an old seafront area, full of character. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants were only a few metres away, but we were on a quiet street so it was quiet at night. The lovely sandy beach was only 50 metres away. The receptionist and cleaner were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Iasked for a kettle to make tea, and the staff immediately brought one to the apartment. Fantastic service! The apartment was very clean. They even left a little pack of washing up liquid, sponge and cleaning cloth in the kitchen, and a bottle of water. The price was very good as well.

The pillows on the beds were like an old fashioned 'bolster' - thick and hard. The solution was to fold some clothes and put a towel over them, and use that as a pillow. That worked ok, but it would have been nicer to have had a normal pillow. However, this was a small thing and I would definately come back here again.

Soundproofing, heard everything.

Very clean & spacious. Safe, hairdryer, water, shower gel & washing up liquid all provided for free. I needed some more pillows but couldn't find any, found some blankets and used them instead. I was going to make 'do' as we were only there for 2 days but on my return to the room later that day, I found that the cleaners had left 2 extra pillows on my bed without even asking. Nice touch.

The bed was a little bit hard for me

All ran smoothly arranged a time for arrival and they met me there to check in

Nothing really. Maybe a bit more equipment in the kitchen ie a kettle but no big deal Will deffo return
