Good location near to the City center. Quiet during the night. Good neighborhood. The hosts are perfect. They are good to reach an very helpful with all upcoming problems. In fact there is no problem. The washing mashine was broke and there was a new one directly on the next day! Quick and good solution!

It was really close the the train station, night life and beach. And also, it has pool that it is always a plus when you are coming back from the beach.

The kitchen utilities were very dated. Pans were not good for cooking and lack of plates, glasses, etc. also, the apartments hasn’t gas extractor and when we were cooking, the whole apartment did smell like food. The bathroom was also very dated. The shower door was broken as well as the laundry. Afters several days we need to do laundry for our towels, and we could not do it.

Good location. Comfy beds. Clean pool.

Pool too shallow to have a decent swim. Palaver to access apartment. Dirty dishcloth. Lots of dog dirt on lawn surrounding pool. Very smelly in the heat. No sunbeds. Throw on end of bed stained. A bit more info. would have been good about where to leave keys on departure and how to access keys on arrival.

Everything was great! Kitchen well equipped. Bed comfortable. Great size balcony. Location superb.

I booked this accommodation in good faith, expecting a comfortable stay during my recent trip. However, the reality was far from the expectations set by MONKÓ CACTUS. Upon arrival, I measured the apartment to be approximately 40m2, a stark contrast to the 70m2 advertised on Booking.com. This significant discrepancy caused considerable inconvenience, and I immediately attempted to contact the property to address the issue. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with MONKÓ CACTUS were met with complete silence. Despite repeated efforts, they neither acknowledged nor responded to my concerns. The most distressing aspect of this ordeal was the absolute refusal to engage in any form of dialogue or resolution. Mistakes happen, and I am understanding of that fact, but to outright deny the issue and refuse to communicate is beyond unacceptable. It demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I am deeply disappointed that a property listed on Booking.com would conduct themselves in such a manner. As a customer who trusted both the platform and the property, this experience has left a lasting negative impression. It is disheartening to see that Booking.com allows such behavior from their listed accommodations. In the future, I hope that both MONKÓ CACTUS and Booking.com will reconsider their approach to customer service and dispute resolution. Guests deserve better, and the lack of accountability demonstrated by the property in question is not in line with the standards one would expect from a reputable booking platform.

It was clean and very cosy. The view impressed me.

lot of maintenance works needs to be done to furniture, washing machine etc. no possibility of having an extra pair of keys sometimes toilet smells like sewer cleaning could be improved

The apartment does not meet the value for the price .property owner was very rude and disappointing. No, humanity bad outspoken and communication was bad .

AMAZING location nice and spacious flat

Kitchen can be a bit more updated as the kitchen utensils was a bit worn up . Shower should be a bit more clean and silicone should be changed. It was a bit annoying to empty the aircon water bottle 2-3 times a day.
