Location as stayed before but spoilt by below

Workmen building a new square right next to studio. So grinding,thumping and very dirty. Never could open balcony/windows and cement filth gets into the studio. Breathing was difficult for partner. At the moment this should not be rented and complained to Monko upon arrival and nothing was resolved. Booking.com even gave me some compensation, but not a word from the agents. Oh and A/C useless as it switches off at night, every half-hour meaning switching on. Only one wineglass, small ants getting into bathroom, and kitchen table only for one person at a time

I liked everything. A very warm welcome. Nice and very neat little apartment. Peace and quiet all around. The city center is only 50 meters away. Next to the house there are stairs to go to the sea and very close to the train station to other cities. Everything is very convenient. I was impressed, everything is great.

not accustomed to the deposit and how that works. not having access to a human if I would have lost the key was anxiety provoking. luckily, I didn’t loose the key.
