Beach House Torrox

The apartment was very clean, new and very close to the beach. Kitchen was great with a spacious fridge and freezer. Great beds. We liked the extras like the books and toys for the kids as well as the free shower items, drinks, coffee/tea/salt/pepper/oil and the dish/washing machine tabs. Nearby tourist attractions we've visited are the caves of Nerja and (a bit further) the Alhambra palaces (Grenada) and the Caminito del Rey canyon walk (North of Malaga). The tourist attractions were crowded and sold out early, even in winter/february, so we would recommend to reserve tickets for the last two well before the start of your holiday.

Pretty much everything in the apartment was great, only some minor recommendations: 1/ Perhaps add a few dishwasher proof plastic cups, plates and spoons to the inventory for the young kids. 2/ The booking.com page mentions one of the bathrooms has a "hot tub" (bubble bath) but (as it was already clear to us from the pictures) the bathrooms do not contain a bath. Something to fix with booking.com. The apartment does have an excellent rain shower and very nice shower items.

It was clean and tidy with all the amenities we required for a short stay in Torrox. Situated close to the beach and many restaurants and bars to choose from.

some external decoration works being carried out during our stay.

The apartment was lovely, beautifully furnished and very modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and all the facilities excellent. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was also good, we had a sea view from the balcony. The beach was literally seconds away and it was an easy walk to several beach bars one way and the other way a longer but nice walk to Torrox Costa with shops, bars and restaurants. The arrangements for accessing the apartment were also good and easy to follow. Would recommend for a couple or a family wanting a relaxing beach holiday.

Generally it was a quiet location. Unfortunately when we were there maintenance work was going on at the building (painting and jet washing) which was very noisy early morning and during the day as well preventing us from being able to use the balcony during the day in the week. However would definitely stay there again if this wasn't happening as normally would be a quiet location.
