"Heraklion town centre"

Spent a month here and it was an excellent location, comfortable and quiet (in February). Staff were very responsive and resolved the only 1 problem we had in a matter of minutes. Would not hesitate to return here

Could be noisey later at night but only in the main room, the sleeping quarters at the back were very quiet (except for the early rising pigeons)

"Exceptional"

All fine, exceptionall, spacious apartment.

A suggestion for improvement: A sponge for washing dishes should be knew. Making guests to take their garbage bags is a funny request taking into account that the cleaning is done after leaving.
