Grey Sense Luxury Apartment

Lovely apartment. Great A/C, washing machine, shower (best design I've seen in Greece), living room comfort, kitchen amenities. Welcoming water and first-rate snacks -- and lots of them. Hypoallergic (Cotton) sheets. Very clear instructions with illustrations.

Problem with Internet, especially during Zoom meetings. Location was not convenient for restaurants and shopping. I'm a walker so it was okay but I had to plan every excursion. I almost missed the ferry because I didn't allow enough just-in-case minutes, and I was slowed down by my luggage. I had to taxi from the bus station to the apartment. Too far to walk, especially with luggage. Planes (nearby airport) were noisy. There were 13 steps from the street to the elevator. Fortunately I did not have a problem with luggage if I rolled them upstairs slowly.

Our one-night stay at Grey Sense was the perfect beginning to our time on the island. The apartment's location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport, which was a huge plus after our flight. We were worried about noise, but we actually loved the unique experience of watching the planes! It added a special touch to our stay and made our first night in Heraklio truly memorable. The view was fantastic and the apartment itself was lovely.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like. Everything was perfect for our short stay.

A nice, modern, clean apartment very close to the Port and Bus station. Thank you for the toast, jam, honey and coffee pods.

This property was very centrally located for us as we came into Heraklion by bus and left from the port so both of these were at our doorstop. The apartment had everything we needed and more - we so appreciated the cold water in the fridge as it was a warm day on our arrival. The property had very clear instructions left for us and they were really accommodating when we asked to drop off our luggage earlier than check in time so that we could go and do some sightseeing without having to drag the luggage around. The host was also in contact with us to recommend dinner locations and provide other assistance. On the morning we were leaving there was an earthquake and we were absolutely fine (as was the apartment) but the hosts were very concerned for us and made contact to make sure we were fine which was lovely.

Great communication with the hosts giving the information to retrieve key from lockbox, location of the apartment and amenities inside. Very nice apartment with kitchen area, living area, nice-sized bathroom and bedroom. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night prior to a morning ferry. Located in a local residential area, it was a 10-minute walk to the port. Close by was En Plo, an excellent seafood restaurant, which we enjoyed for dinner.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking.

Amazing, everything was perfect. The host was super friendly and always available to answer your questions. The place was so clean and very well equipped. Super comfy. Definitely will be going there again. I recommend it. Location was amazing. Center is near with bus, just 1.5km or so. Or even walk, it's very enjoyable. Super markets near too.

Owner was very helpful and made stay good!

Bathroom and bedroom door were squeaky- easy to fix with WD40:).
