I like the view, the kitchen, the white linen. I like that the fan had a remote.

When leaving the property you have to get out of the car and press the button to open the gate. The quality of the dish washing liquid.

To whom it may concern Hi,I trust you are well. My stay at saintsview is with mixed emotions. The place itself was lovely,the staff and reception was of good standard however it was essential services (water) that was the major downfall. I arrived on Monday the 13th of May 2024,on Wednesday morning the 15th of May 2024 there was no water and our early start to the day had to put on hold,water was back on around 12pm we showered and went out  when we got back that evening there was no water  going on the entire night. On Thursday morning still no water we were told that it will be sorted out ,it was around 11am and still no water a 6pack of 300ml bottle water was sent to us,how is that going to help us my wife was on her monthly period and did not shower since the evening before the toilets cudnt flush. There was no other choice but to leave the premises and go back home due entirely to a lack of essential service that should be pre organized knowing people are arriving there on holiday.  I notified the staff that I am forced to leave due to the situation and explained my discomfort of being there of no water in those two days. I was further told that I will be refunded for my stay on Wednesday the 15th due to having no water most of the day and my day being ruined and I left on Thursday morning and was said that I'll be refunded for Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th of May 2024. I was later told that my money will be paid to me within 14days and that booking.com will take a fee. I would like to know what fee as what was presented on your website was not what I encountered  on my stay. I did not leave on my own accord but purely due to lack of service that could not be upheld by those responsible . I will be expecting a  refund  in full from Wednesday the 15th till Friday the 17th (3 days) as well as my breakage deposit. Kind regards  Shane Govender

The stunning view and facilities. My son loved the pool area. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back.

No communication had to collect key after hours from wolf security office youg white male who attended to me it was as if he is doing me a favour no greetings bad attitude.. secondly as him if he can find our or is aware about saints view resort replied abruptly no idea yet after looking around realise its siutated bottom of wolf security
