The food from Larry's was exceptional. the game room was great. lovely views . peaceful and good parking. what i liked was the trolley service

The potholes outside of the Collins street entrance. i think that was a put off and if that can be attended to then there is nothing to not like about the place

The location of the property was great. The unit was also clean and neat.

The fact that there was a nightclub/bar on the top floor of the block of apartments was extremely bothersome. Booming music and noise well past midnight. This should have been openly stated at some point in the interactions with the letting agents.

Location was excellent, very peace full, beach was walking distant. Cottage was spacious and neat.

I was told that the flat was checked before we arrived, need better maintenance. Fridge was not working properly. Balcony globes not working. lift was troubling (however just 3 floors so we did not mind.

I really liked the helpful staff at the resort , we had some major issues with flooding of our flat but Tracy really helped us in every way possible.

I didn't like the restaurant at the resort I felt they very racist towards non whites. I also didn't like the fact that there is no washing machine or tumble dryer it made it very difficult to dry our clothes after beach trips etc . I found myself doing more working than I would at home .

Extra charges for daily cleaning and air conditioning. R600 was paid for service charges. Assumed this should be used for cleaning.
