Perfect view and very good facilities I could go so far to say it was like a home from home and I loved everything about the condo

The air conditioning was leaking but was fixed the very next day when reported

Facilities were excellent. The view is the first thing you see when walking in. Excellent views from the lounge and even the bed when waking up , the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in . Had everything you need for the stay.

Viktor was a great host and very helpful. The condo was very nice with great views from the 27th floor. The gym was great with everything you needed for a good workout. Pool was lovely. Great location.

Excellent location of the condominium - right next to the beach. Beautiful sea views. The condominium has free multi-level parking, a large swimming pool and a second smaller swimming pool on the building. The condominium even has two saunas. two-story fitness room, sunbathing terrace. The apartment itself also pleased us with its own drinking water system and coffee machine! Everything we needed was there, even toothbrushes and toothpaste!). Our vacation is complete!

I liked everything, especially the extraordinary views of the sea from the height of the 27th floor! The apartments in reality turned out to be even better than in the photographs! Three-meter ceilings, very high quality and comfortable bed and furniture, an excellent new huge TV and even a home theater. The owner Victor even provided me with free Netflix and Apple TV! I was also pleased with the coffee machine! When we left, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I didn’t want to leave!)

It was relatively quiet, 27th floor was good. The rooftop pool and entertaining area were great, and I think the added Sauna and Gym were a bonus. There were all the amenities we required to live comfortably.

The mattress was terrible, like a mountain between my partner and me. The Pillows were absolutely awful, and we nearly considered purchasing new ones. The TV was not set up for English and was primarily in Russian. The sound system was not connected to the TV, so it was not used. The room was not as displayed in the promotion and was made to look larger and more desirable than it really was. The air conditioner leaked, and it was evident that some attempts had been made to plaster up the area that leaked. Unfortunately, it leaked directly above the dining table where we had computers set up for work. Finally, in the toilet area, the bench was delaminating, and wet areas had been poorly finished,.

The location was perfect, and the host was very attentive. The apartment was spotless, and the pools were well kept with a relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
