Location was perfect, apartment was spacious & had everything we needed.

Noisy very early in the morning!

Had tons of amenities. Great location.

The host was lovely, and his little dog Joy ❤️presenting us with a rose 🌹 water in the fridge and a toast 🥂 of lemonchello as a welcome to start our holiday 🥰

Location was fantastic, just a short walk to bars , cafes and restaurants and the train station

Vincendo was a lovely host!

We loved our stay at Maison de Julie and the chance to meet our host Vincenzo and his dog Joy. They really were a joy to meet and Vincenzo had lots of useful information to share. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and fully kitted out with all that we could ever need during our three night stay. The apartment had an authentic Italian feel. The balcony overlooking the main street below was a delight to sit out on and people-watch. Vico-Equense itself was a great location. The apartment was a short walk from the train and bus stations allowing easy access to famous sights along the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts. Vico also has a marina from which we took a boat tour to the lovely island of Capri. The town is quieter than its more bustling neighbours further down the peninsular but that meant it was great to come back to after busy days sightseeing. It offered good restaurants for meals out and sufficient shops for buying in to enjoy a bite on the balcony at ‘home’. On a warm evening particularly recommend a visit to Gabriella’s gelaterie across the road where the sorbets and ice creams come in an abundance of delicious flavours.

Located in the center of town

Thin walls. Noisy traffic

The property was 7 minutes from the train station and in the downtown area of Vico Equense, a smaller and less busy city on the Sorrento Coast. The apartment is a good size and quaintly decorated with photos and prints and had a more Italian feel than others we've seen. The apt. has two balconies and all the necessary appliances (including a small microwave oven and washing machine, etc.). Vincenzo (Enzo) was a pleasure to deal with.

A suggestion would be to add a small bottle of olive oil for salads and cooking and pods for laundry detergent. Otherwise everything was great!
