Great location. Lots of room. Very nice welcome basket.

This place could be excellent, but it is very tired. Couch is old, uncomfortable and fabric is fraying. Drawers and oven filled with dirty pots and pans with peeling Teflon. Dishwasher filter needed to be cleaned out - it was full of old food and spotted dishes with food particles when run. Shower head dirty, old and needs to be replaced. Hot water heater insufficient. AC/heating units old and didn’t cycle properly. One unit in bedroom didn’t work at all.

This is the second time we've stayed there, we love the central location easy to get to beaches and the train station, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it's great having two bathrooms😀

The only minor point is that if anyone is sleeping on the sofa bed in the front room you can't block out all the light, I have to admit this didn't stop my daughter from sleeping till 11:00 in the morning🤣
