Fantastic location.

It would have been nice to make an open wood fire.

The location is super, with the chalet overlooking the Boesmans River. So relaxing and beautiful/

The beds were not the greatest and the sheets not ironed. We used both rooms and in one of the rooms we found one of the two wine glasses was completely broken. The cutlery was not clean and some of the plates were dusty. There were two deck chairs in one of the rooms but none to take outside in the second room.

I liked to location and the warm welcome we received. Also liked how we were left to relax and not too much faffing from the hosts. We all liked how Louis was kind to let us check out an hour later due to a teams meeting one in the group had to conduct.

Just that one unit did not have operational dstv but at least we could relax with a movie together. No Wi-Fi password available.

I loved the views and the fact that we had no interference from the host or the neighbors. I loved the beautiful sunrise, the beautiful sound of birds and the tranquil vibes in the morning 😍. The place is beautiful I must say.

The cleanliness was an issue for me. Toilet bowls were very dirty, the same with the bathroom basins on both units. There was no handsoap supply on both bathrooms. Also no faminine hygiene bins on either - which means we had to use the refuse bins in the kitchen under the counter to throw away sanitary pads, quite gross. The host could do better in this regard.
