This my sincere comments, 1. The place is strategic with a lot of groceries and restaurants. 2. Dobby is just below, easy to do your laundry. 3. Plenty of parking space . Make sure you have parking coupon. Only free parking at weekend, start from 1 pm Saturday. 4. Owner provides extra water due to water supply problem sometimes. 5. Easy to access with owner clear explanation on WhatsApp. 6. Kitchen facilities are great. 7. Bathroom and toilet are separated, which I prefer.

1. 2 Aircon remote are broken, but luckily there is a remote control that can control all the air conditioner.
