I like the location and hospitality.

The facilities provided not suitable for family. Should provided better kitchens utensils for family needs. Bigger bowl and pots for family basic needs. Rice cooker not functioning.

"Penthouse"

The penthouse interior is cozy and clean. A comfortable place to stay for a big family of 20pax. It is located in town. A 5mins walk to centrepoint mall and many more.

What I hate the most is the carpark booking arrangements. Only 2 car park lot is available allocated for the penthouse. Since I came with a big family of 4 cars. The other 2 cars required an extra park lot in the same compound, at which, I have made an early bookings and confirmation. Deal was made and done, but upon arrival, it wasn't prepare as discussed and new arrangement was made. Unfortunately, due to poor last minute arrangement, got worsen, when one of our car got fined rm100 by the security there for a doubling park on one park lot.
