MYThe location was strategic for my work trip visit to UMS (15 minutes away). The premise was excellent for me, partner and 3 small kids. There was a small functional kitchen and fridge. It was excellent.

AUVery nice, well-appointed room with fabulous bayside views. The first room I was given had no Wi-Fi but after the maintenance team were unable to rectify the issue, I was allocated a second room where the Wi-Fi worked fine.
Check-in was self service and instructions were sent via whatsapp for accessing the room key. No real issues there but all communication with the hotel was via whatsapp. I could find no reception representative to speak to in person, even in their office during regular business hours. As a result simple questions sent to the hotel via whatsapp - like how long it takes to get to the airport at a certain time of day - took up to an hour to get a clear answer. When I asked why replies were taking so long I was told by the agent that they were very busy an dealing with many enquiries. If they'd had a person staffing a reception desk they would have been able to answer questions like this in less than a minute. Oddly, despite all communication being via whatsapp, the reminder to check out by 12 noon was sent via email. Why mix the method of communication? Why not send this reminder via whatsapp if that is the default method of communication being used during the period of the stay? The lack of an onsite representative is a real drawback. It might reduce costs but it's a false economy.
ITSuper comodo rispetto alle barche per le isole, bella la vista sul mare (peccato per il cantiere edile che al momento deturpa un minimo il panorama) e comoda la piscina. Tanti ottimi ristoranti nel complesso residenziale. Televisione con netflix e altri canali on demand
La piscina nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato era sovraffollata (ma si trattava di periodo festivo nel Sabah). Ci sono dei lavori in corso nelle vicinanze
MYReally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The environment was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!
