Breakfast was toast and jam. Location excellent

Kitchen needs an inventory. No baking trays to cook on. No knives to eat with. No oven glove which was a bit of a hazard

The apartment is large and the pool is great. The staff was really nice and helpful and answered all our questions. Restaurant area is not far.

The property is composed of 2 villas, each with 2 appartments. There is a shared pool which is clean and big enough to use for a short swimm. It was pretty hot during the day but you can use the airconditioners. We were pleasently surprised that the lady at the property made the room tidy, changed bed sheets, emptied the trash bin... The apartment is well equipped and expresso machine was a nice bonus. There was a big terrasse on the first floor, which you can use to eat and enjoy the sunset. There is parking for at least 4/5 cars inside the property (2/3 places are even covered), but you can leave the car also beside the road. All in all we had a really great time there and can recommend this property.

A single thing we didn't like: the shower. Actually there is no shower, there is only a bathtube. The issue is, it has a curtain to protect against splashes which sticks to your skin when you wash yourself.

Good location, close to some of the best beaches and restaurants in Lefkada. Nice sea view, ideal for sunset pictures. Free parking available.

Wi-fi was ok, but phone signal.was weak.

We had a fantastic holiday here. The place, the hosts and the area made it a holiday for us which we loved and we are totally up for coming back.

It’s the third time we choose this property for holliday.Nice pool, big enough and clean.3Min by car to Agios Nikitas(the little town with lots of tavernas and market).4 min by car to the closest beach which is Katisma.20 min by car till Lefkas town.Nice host.The apartment is big enough for a familly with children.

+ Swimming pool. Amazing setup, with a nice olive tree and nice scenery, made you want to spend more time. The kids loved it, and we found it very relaxing. Also, there were only 4 apartments, which means almost always we had the whole pool to ourselves. Moreover, swimming pool was regularly cleaned and it also had a kids pool. + Location. Close to Ag. Nikitas & Kathisma beach. + Large, spacious apartment, comfortable for 2 adults + 2 kids (1 master bedroom + 1 couch converted to a spacious bed). + Nice sunset views and relaxing balcony (patio). + Owner. Very nice and friendly guy, offered good recommendations for places to visit.

- Wi Fi & Telephone Signal a bit weak. Some calls were cut, and wi-fi reception depended on where you were sitting and speed was slow. - Price. A bit on the expensive side. - Parking. There was proper parking for 2 cars, and in most days (early August) there were 4 cars present. We had to improvise to park the cars in a way that don't bother one another. I would suggest some alterations so that 4 proper spots are created within the premises. (Not a deal-breaker though as worst case, there is available parking at the entrance of the premise, but not the best if you carry a lot of bags). We always found ways to park inside, even though it was early Aug.
