Location and ambience of the place.

Mattress stinky of urine...laundry was all wet when we got there

The property is modern and a good sized space. Nicely decorated.

The sofa bed they initially put out was not a sofa bed. It was a flimsy futon with a mesh and thin mattress topper on it. When I laid on it my body was on top of the metal bar going across. There’s no way anyone could sleep on that. I emailed them to complain and they immediately responded to advise the sofa itself does turn into a bed and that they offer the futon so the sofa can still he used. However I would have preferred the choice as we then had to transfer all the bedding ourselves on to the sofa and the fitted sheet didn’t even fit the sofa bed. The bed linen also didn’t smell fresh. It had a damp smell and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on it. I did email them about this and they didn’t respond. I could see there was some linen in the washing machine when we arrived so they clearly left it in there from the last guests and would explain why the linen smelled stale if that’s the normal practice. Other things: kettle needs to be descaled as it had a thick layer of limescale at the bottom of it. And bits from the shower head just fell off. We also couldn’t close the living room window and it got quite cold at night.

Loved our time here, would 100% recommend. Lovley apartment nice and modern.

The apartment is great. It has all you might need and is very comfortable. The checkin process is a bit complicated, with three different codes needed to get in and I had some trouble with one of the looks when checking out but it all worked out in the end. Public transport in Milton Keynes is not really convinient so i ended up taking an Uber whenever I went out but it is only 5-6 pounds to central Milton Keynes. Would definitely stay again.

such a stunning and cosy apartment in a great location with ample parking. the host provided me with all the details I’d need ahead of checking in and I felt completely safe during my stay. Will be back again☺️

Once inside the apartment was clean and tidy. however it does need maintenance (tired paintwork) and in my opinion better crockery/glassware and cutlery

The description of the area gave the impression it was surrounded by woodland. In fact it was an industrial area in a huge ugly building,,,
