Appartamento Centro Storico

Beautiful apartment ,clean. Everything supplied that you would need. Even raincoat and umbrella that we didn’t need but so thoughtful. Bed was very comfortable.Spotless clean. Beautiful big shower. Gorgeous views and quiet at night. Wonderful real gelato right across the street. This is our third time in Montepuluciano and loved being right in town.

For us … the four flights of steps were a little difficult because they are very steep and uneven. We are in our 70’s ,but we were able to do it, just a little difficult. But you are in Montepuluciano where everything is either straight uphill or downhill. If you are our age ,it just takes us a little longer than younger people who can run up and down faster than us.

Lorenzo very kindly met us at the bus station and drove me back when I was leaving. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and quiet with the most wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

A coffee maker other than a moka pot would have been nice, but just needed to remember how to use one so not a big deal!

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views over the Tuscan hills! Perfect location only a short walk from wineries and places to eat and drink. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The owners are really lovely and very hospitable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, everything was great!

I was in contact with Lorenzo weeks before arriving to Montepulciano and he promptly responded to all my questions about the best way to get to Montepulciano. Lorenzo's wife, Eleanor, met us at the bus stop as my daughter and I took a train from Florence to Chiusi, then the bus to Montepulciano - a 45-minute bus ride. She drove us to the appartamento, which was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. The view from the bedroom and kitchen were spectacular. What we liked best, and this was key, was the space. We had been staying in hotel rooms up to this point, and hotel rooms were small. We were able to spread out. The dining room table was large and held all our purchases in town. The restaurants and shopping were outstanding. The town is charming and was the highlight of our trip to Italy.

My daughter's Android phone could not get WIFI. My iPhone had no problem. We attributed it to her phone being an older model, but she had no problem getting WIFI at any of the restaurants.

The host Lorenzo with his wife Eleonora welcomed us to their lovely apartment on the main street of Montepulciano. The apartment is recently renovated and had everything you might need for a perfect stay, but most importantly it has a spectacular view on the vineyards. We loved every minute of our stay in Montepulciano. Thanks to Lorenzo's recommendations we visited a great wine house nearby and had a delicious dinner at a local restaurant. We would love to come back on day again.

this was our second stay at this gem of an apartment, perfectly located in the old town. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lorenzo has renovated the apartment during the pandemic so it’s even better than before. the view from the windows is exactly what you would want to see when staying in Tuscany, rolling green hill and distant hilltop towns. You couldn’t wish for a more helpful and accommodating host. thank you Lorenzo.
