The hospitality of the hosts. Clear and responsive communication. The location was excellent and the parking a bonus. The apartment is spacious and perfect for self catering. It was very comfortable and well heated for those cool evenings. Great washing facilities, easy to walk into town. Great views.

A bright and cheery apartment. The apartment is set up so that each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which works out perfectly for 2 couples travelling together. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are updated and modern. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the essentials to prepare a meal during your stay. There is a small washing machine in the kitchen. The owners of the apartment also own the Fruit Cafe around the corner and they have delicious coffee and croissants available for purchase there. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

There is only one sofa in the living room. It would be nice to have an extra chair or sofa so that there is enough for 4 people to sit comfortably.

Beautiful, spacious apartment steps away from the town center, in a very quiet area. Includes private parking on the property, which makes it the perfect base to explore the area. Beautiful garden-patio area and views to the Fortezza park in the back (our kids enjoyed playing in a charming playground on this park). Apartment was very comfortable, very clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with all the amenities. The hosts were very nice and responded very quickly to all our questions. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again when we are back in the area! Highly recommended!

Location was perfect. Able to park on the premise and able to depart the city walls with ease. Loved being at the top and walking from the fortress to the center of town.

The shower in the first bedroom would not allow water to exit the rain shower head and only the handheld. The other bathroom shower worked as would be hoped.

The property is perfectly located in Montepulciano and an ideal place to stay for those looking for two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was steps to restaurants, overlooked a private garden for the sole use of the guests and had a secure car park right in the property (very rare). Davide, our host, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even booked restaurants for us. This is the perfect location so handy to everything southern Tuscany offers. We recommend the apartment as a 10 out of 10
