Jomtien Condotel Condominium

Condo was ideally situated set back 250 metres from the main road through gated security, peaceful too. Very Easy access to Jomtien Bus Station ( if required), ie 5 min walk from Condo on opposite side of road. Great communication with Condo owner (Ann). A colleague met me at bldg reception to take me to the condo (2nd floor). Balcony large enough for bfast or chilling out. TV with Netflix, YouTube etc etc...

Only 1 very small thing which I pointed out was the shower pan had a very small leak which was easily wiped up with small spare towel. On departure, told owners colleague of this and to my knowledge will be fixed, if its not already been completed....

Facilities of the condo were good and nice location right on the beach.

The washroom of the apartment could have been better. The shower cubicle needs updating and just general tlc.

The appt was first class, very well kitted out, all the little extras one usually never sees in Thailand.

The access by car was a disaster. Very difficult to find and adjacent condos did not know where it was. When I tried the 3rd road in off main busy road, still unsure of being correct, the security gate man was insistent on me produci g a passport and taking a photo of me before allowing me through. There are no clear signs at the road entrance at all, the road is the busiest in Pattaya, if you make a mistake and go in you can not get out again. You must sort out your se urtity people at the gate that new arrivals do not have the key fob to open the gate. I had my booking ref details but they do not understand that.

Location, spacious room, quite place

The location was walking distance to beach and night life. It was nice and quiet location. Big fridge, washing machine and a few cooking utensils.

Renovation next room whole time i was there. Loud noice too loud to stay in room somedays and dust. Sometimes could not use balcony because of dust from sanding next door. Mattress was very hard.

I chose to stay here as it was in the block next door to the friend I was visiting and was great value for money. It suited me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. Communication was excellent and the staff I dealt with were very polite. Great location just 5 minutes from the beach. Food mart just 5 minutes away to get essentials. I stayed here for 4 weeks and used it as a base as I was often out with friends. The pool was lovely and would definitely recommend eating at the pool restaurant - fabulous food and very friendly staff.

The apartment decor could definitely do with a refresh and some of the electrics (lights) didn't work. The washing machine was broken for the whole time I was there but they were arranging a replacement. (Luckily I had use of my friend's washing machine) Don't think I would have chosen the apartment if traveling as a couple but it had what I needed for my visit
