Difficult to find the lobby as it's underneath the sunway pyramid hotel and I wasn't informed clearly on it.

The bed and pillow soooo smelly and dirty. Like someone used the bed but never changed the bedsheet. Dusty floor amd overall room is not clean as expected.
MYGood location. Easy to access shopping centre and food.
No mineral water, no free parking lot, the unit was old and bed too old, felt like water bed when person next to u moving, u will feel the wave. Hidden Rm80 cleaning charges fee, u will have to pay if u overlook of it. When request for cancellation, rm80 is not refundable and totally can't accept this term. No staff helping check in, all doing by WhatsApp. The wardrobe was lock and Im not even know what's keep inside. Feeling insecure. Totally won't stay again. Indicate a futon available in room end up just a small sofa chair. Not worth for the money.

Toilet floor towel was stained (first impression when stepped into the apartment). Toilet floor was wet when reached apartment (still would prefer floor to be dry although appreciated that host allowed us earlier check-in). No box tissues available. Balcony step had some parts chipped off, could get cut on sole. Only knew we had to put RM100 deposit for 2nd spare key when reached apartment, which was inconvenient for us (with family members who wanted to go different places and had to make arrangements to go back to apartment together).

Room was too dark, could be more brighter with more lights or a lighter color of wall paint.
