SGClean and neat. Well maintained. Host was always in good communication with me. It is worth it for the price considering the area you’re staying at. Location is a stones throw from sunway lagoon. Plus you’re in a mall so everything is nearby.
Wifi wasn’t working initially and couldn’t be fixed immediately but lucky it was my parents I booked for and they were fine. If it was the kids it would be a different story. Closets were locked so a makeshift area to hang stuff was available. Not a big deal but didn’t know about that when booking.

There was no check-in counter, no security for the guests arriving, no receipt, no proof, nothing. How come booking has approved this type of temporary people to setup hotels with similar property names
