Convenient. spacious and clean. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful

Had to use the paper cups for tea/coffee. Should certainly provide mugs and or cups complementary toiletries would have been appreciated and a sofa or two more cpmfortable chairs onsidering the cost of the stay.

Not my usual style of accommodation at all (it was decided by a conference I was attending), but I loved it. The Sunway Pyramid mall has everything you could want, including countless food options. The room itself felt possibly a little dated, but it was perfectly acceptable.
