Location and WiFi

Short-term rental apts provide substantial income in many countries. They’re often exasperating for tourists, with “makeshift” kitchens and bathrooms that look OK in photographs, but are different in reality… Many apts are MISREPRESENTED in reviews, photographs, and written descriptions! This apt. was NOT comfortable! I arrived late at night and knew little about Tbilisi, so went along with it. The two positives are the location and WiFi. Points of discomfort are listed below (photos attached). I paid in advance, and saw no reason to frustrate myself by discussing these issues with the owner – no point. I complained about several things. This apt may work for a SHORT one night “authentic Old Tbilisi experience” – most won’t know what that means! My recommendation is do research and think carefully before booking: • Long, steep, crooked, DANGEROUS stairway!!! • Cave-like bedroom without windows • Opening closet door is difficult - obstructed by furniture • Kitchen is tiny, crowded, awkward, without exhaust • Questionable electrical connections, when using, sometimes it smells like burning rubber • One small table, not laptop friendly • Refrigerator is old, needs regular defrosting • Uneven floor levels could cause tripping or falling • Manager eager to help, but didn't compensate for sub-standard issues with apt. • Noisy cul de sac – cat fights, dogs barking, children playing and tantrums, parties, music, cars – are inescapable • There was noisy remodeling some days • Dusty aaea problematic for anyone with allergies

The location is superb, in the center of everything. The room is very very clean, and the host provides you with everything you might need in an apartment. The host is also very attentively communicating for our arrival and needs.

-theres no lift. If you have big luggage, it will be troublesome since the place is on the 2nd floor, with kind of long steep stairs. But you can store in the luggage storage in the courtyard (with an additional fee). _The entrance might not give you the best first impression.

Perfect location, right in the centre; attentive host; the flat had extra useful things - an umbrella, a good quality ground coffee, a pass for funicular, which made our stay comfortable.

All was fine except for two flights of a rather steep staircase leading to the property, which would be a bit hard to climb for older people. For my family, this was not an issue.

The location couldn't be better: right next to Liberty Square, from where you can go anywhere in the city centre within 30 minutes walking. The host, David, was very helpful in everything I needed. The room was clean, quiet and had everything someone would need. I especially liked the bathroom and kitchen, small but new and with every appliance. The apartment had also a small balcony.

Everything was perfect :)

Its located near the metro station. Very convenient with lots of restaurant, grocery, shopping, etc.

The location. Very clean apartment. Very well equipped. Perfect for a couple. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Nothing not to like.

Great location ( supermarket, cafe/restaurant, travel agency etc although it is in the center, it was very silent place, so noise at all. Host respect your privacy at the same time messaging you if you need any assistance.

stairs to apartment looks a bit unsafe but İ did not mind. Do not use google map when you look for the location of the place it leads you another street or find subway fastfood place walk 100 meters up straight to Freedom square, you will find it. İ would definetly come back and stay in this place
