Cozy apartment with balcony

The owner is very friendly and helped answer some questions as first time visitors to Georgia. There are also three convenience stores on the first floor of the apartment with a variety of items. The Aragveli Metro stop is only a few minutes walk away.

location was good but the building and lift are very old and looks as if it will fall anytime, we have to pay for the lift, very strange, first time saw that steps are dark and scary. over all not recommended for family, better avoid it

Really good flat with everything needed, even for a long stay with kids!

A little bit noisy traffic outside the window even when it is closed at night.

Host is really nice and welcoming

The apartment itself is really old and dirty. Most of furniture should be thrown away. Bad smell: it was smoker home. Cleaning is barely noticeable. I had to clean the floor by myself (I'm not cleaning maniac). Overall it may be acceptable for really cheap price, but it was not.

Supporting from the host was excellent. Any questions, any time. There were no any problem with keys property. Convenient location of the apartment, near 2 metro stations, 15 minutes to the center by transport. Lots of grocery stores around. I want to note that it is convenient to work in the apartment, there is a desk and the quality of the Internet is excellent.
