Ana Iris Playa de Jablillo

Everything was fine apart from the shower. Very poor water pressure. Could do with a shower caddy I'm 6 foot T3 and found it difficult to bend down for soap and shampoo

Location was good, very close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortable beds & sofas. Very well equipped - everything we needed including a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pool/beach towels etc

Although there was lots of hot water the shower needs updating, as it is a bit tired looking. The hot water tap in the kitchen is very slow running.

Perfect location, and had a great sea view. Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Outside garden is beautiful and peaceful and absolutely stunning view. You won’t be disappointed

Lovely helpful staff although was a bit complicated at fist establishing that Nautilus is the building that you go to

Nice property in great position. Facilities good. Overall this was a nice place to stay and great value for money.

Check in procedure was not as described. Key to main door was not where I was told it would be. Luckily concierge let us in. Information released in bite sizes which meant I had to keep checking emails and asking questions. Shower is poor. Mixer tap sticks out and you keep knocking it when you turn round - this changes temperature. Nowhere to put toiletries in shower - a small rack would be very helpful. Shower head adjustment was broken.

Fabulous location and very clean

A little tired, a very well loved apartment but a little updating needed. Plug socket hanging off the wall. It was very windy during our stay but the wind whistled through the double glazing enough to hear overnight. Apartment felt cold but there was a fan heater provided

The location was amazing.

There was a mix up with the arrival time so the keys were not there to enter. But they apologized and found a solution. We just had to wait a bit and leave our things in the room with the cleaning crew.
