"Superb"

We were all very satisfied with the apartment. More of a family neighbourhood it seems and as it was not high season everything was quite calm. We could cook so we had breakfast and dinner a few times at home. We had a car and It was easy to park near the apartment. All very good in the end. Totally recommended.

"Great location, great host, lovely apartment 👌"

Great host with excellent communication and local recommendations. Fabulous location. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay during the Lanzarote Marathon.

The external shared areas were a little tired (hence 9/10) but there was work in progress to improve (painting, tiling) so I'm sure this will be great in the future. I'd definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The property was perfect for us! We couldn’t have asked for anymore! Everything was clean and tidy! Everything was easy! From the moment we booked we had all information given to us!

Host was fabulous 👌, she was very informative. The location was great and the apartment was spotless and very modern. The pool was brilliant safe and very clean.

Not a dislike but struggled to sleep some nights with one fan, could be doing with another fan for sleeping in the livingroom.

"Ok for a short break, but would not return."

The apartment was a good size and fairly well equipped. The location was good for us as on the outskirts and quiet with supermarkets 5 mins away, beach very similar. Comms from the host great but make sure you have WhatsApp (I don’t) as may have helped with directions.

The property itself is hard to find, the complex has a run down feel, the main pool empty and little things like one of the main blinds didn’t work. What regrettably stood out was some dog mess that was there for the entire duration, really off putting. The security gates as a bit of a shambles as it seems that most of the island knows the code.
