Nice view from the window, hot water, helpful host

First of all, it was very dusty. No one even wiped the bedside tables, there was someone else's hair on the bathroom sink, hair on the pillow, and black socks from the floors. Secondly, the three of us checked in and paid for 3, but in the end we didn't have a towel and a duvet cover. Thirdly, the bed has springs, it is very rigid and sagging. The sofa in the hall is the same
