Il boiler basta solo per una doccia dopo si raffredda e devi aspettare un po' di tempo per fare la doccia una altra persona

Very central place in Finale

Apartment was advertised with 75 squarmenter and balcony. In reality it was much smaller and without balcony. Heater in the bedroom was not working for more than one day and there were not enough blankets against the cold. No WLAN. Kitchen only very basic equipped, e.g. no coffee / moka machine available and exhaust hood not running. The administration of the apartment agreed to reduce the fee by 15%. At the end they booked the full fee, without any reduction. All in all very disappointing and I would definitely not go there anymore.

Der Parkplatz, hinters Wohngebäude in eine kleine enge Tiefgarage, es war ein Abenteuer das Auto ( Ford Mondeo Turnier MK4 ) hinein und auch wieder raus zu bekommen ( war nur zu zweit möglich mit einweisen und lotzen ) , also im Idealfall mit kleinem Auto anreisen

They were sufficient, but we had a little problem with parking, as the offer only mentioned the possibility of parking and did not provide any further information. Parking is underground, where it is difficult to get through the narrow alley behind the apartments. The place is dark, without light, and smells bad. We were afraid of a cloudburst, in which case our car would probably have been flooded. Overall, the apartment met our expectations. It is on a busy street, so don't expect silence. Even with the windows closed, you can hear the noise from the street all day long.

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso e senza saperlo era in una posizione molto comoda, due passi dal lungo mare.

Mancava Mocio , luce ad un bagno, una serranda non era stata riparata ed il parcheggio è stata un' avventura ma fatto tutto
