Hidden gem on the farm

Stunning scenery. Great location. House have everything you need, is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back and recommend it!

The location was beautiful, a hidden gem you would never know was there :) The home is situated within the Camdeboo Conservancy with other working farms - the ostrich flocks were quite a sight and we spotted a Leopard Tortoise on the drive in. The shower was warm and the bed comfy - the indoor fireplace was great! Loved the location for the views, the rocky outcrops, the vulture sightings. *We hoped to cycle the area but the road leading up to the house was a notch above our casual/amateur comfort zone.

The property is indeed fenced off for pets, however our mini schnauzer fits comfortably under the gate and he therefore had to remain on his leash outdoors/in the house with closed doors. We were informed of the local baboons on arrival. I believe that it is fair to share that the immediate home surroundings are bush, great for exploring but rich in blackjacks and burr thorns which a furry coated doggie collected like crazy.

The location was so beautiful and serene. The sound of the water and the view were so calming. Large spacious home with friendly and accommodating hosts. Loved it.
