Kalvou flat

Great location in the historic city center. Friendly staff and super affordable for the all the amenities included. The hotel room had comfy beds and offered some very nice views of the city, especially 6 floors up. Would definitely stay there again!

A little maintenance required on the door trims and hanging artwork hung crooked beyond adjustment. But it’s not a deal breaker, overall great room.

Pleasant and comfortable environment, well equiped. Garage space on the ground floor of the building! Host hospitable, easy quick and simple arrangement. I look forward to working together again.

It's too hot on the terrace in the afternoon, an umbrella would solve this problem. Since I was with small children and walked everywhere, if it was a little closer to the center it would be perfect (20 minutes walk)

I booked it for the private parking place, which was OK. A/C was OK.

They didn't answer to my messages. No answer to phone calls; vocal message followed by call-back. Price of parking per night = 12 euro. Safe. The apartment is fair, but no more. Internet WiFi is a joke.

Clean Comfortable

The wi-fi DID NOT WORK AT ALL and was not sorted by the host to work who insisted it was fine! Various disrepair - living room blinds did not work so bright in the morning, sofa bed (slept as a sofa) was falling apart, door frame was falling apart and had nails sticking out, toilet seat was loose, 1 of the chairs was broken - note all this so as not to get blamed! Parking is a reserved space for the flat - the €12 cash asked for extra on top was a lot considering the price of the flat - parking should be included in this! The host came across as quite cocky!

There is parking within the building, it cost 12 euros, and it is great, car is locked and safe and that was great. Beside that apartment is really awesome!

The apartment doesn't look like in photos, it was other apartment, when we arrived we called the host 3-4 times before he answered, he asked us for extra payment for the parking spot

It was amazing. Beautiful apartament with nice balcony.
