#Mango Apartment & Suite by halu!

Extremely clean apartment, comfortable furniture, 24hr hot water and heat, amenities are provided, fully equipped kitchen, very spacious, many wardrobes, well lit, wifi connection was great, communication with the host team was very good and friendly. Cute small balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sun. Elevator is available, clean building. Pharmacy next to building entrance, super market within a 2' walk, several stores around. Neighborhood is not noisy, even though it's downtown. Very satisfied overall!

Listed things following are not of an issue for a great stay, just some comments for the hosts to consider, in order to elevate this beautiful apartment a bit more. There are no plastic bags for trash or cleaning supplies for cleaning the apartment, in case you wish to book for a long stay. Netflix and Disney+ are not available unless you connect your personal account. There is a pillow in the sofa that has a hole and the filling gets out. No TV in the bedroom

Clutter. Too Small room. Opening doors to wardrobe and balcony is tricky.

The shower needed to have a proper hook or something to hold it.

The location is great in terms of proximity to the city centre. It was great to have separate spaces in the apartment too. Responsiveness of the staff to issues. Having all home facilities available. We visited for IVF treatment so it was great to have a fridge and freezer available and somewhere to store my medications. Also great to have space to recover.

There were a lot of little problems really. The duvet doesn’t fit the bed, it’s really small for some reason and we got bit to pieces sleeping in the bed. There wasn’t a tv remote when we arrived. The kettle is falling to bits and the lid pops off if you try to boil it. The cleanliness isn’t great. The skirting boards and lights I’m certain have never been cleaned. When you enter the apartment block don’t be afraid. It looks creepy and the lift looks scary but it’s not bad.

The location was ideal and the apartment had everything we needed. It was a bit small but there was only 2 of us so we managed.

The shower wasn't attached, so had to hold the shower head. Not sure why this wasn't done

15 min walk from Aristotel square,nice terrace, has mosquito net, room was cooled by entering with 2 bottles of water, which was really nice , they also have option to keep suitcase on leaving day

Not so clean, towels, mat on the floor, spare duvet.. beds unconfortable, too soft. Also there was no kitchen sponge
