There was a bad cigarette odour all around the flat. Parking was almost impossible. Flat was not clean enough. Neighborhood was like trash can. There were garbage everywhere.

Everything was good, apartment is very comfortable and the location is good.

Neighbors are little loud, we have scene where couple was fighting and the women go through every door in the building and knocking to open the door. Except that, I recommend you to stay in this apartment, it’s a clear 10.
