Location is perfect! The neighborhood is vibrant and full of attractions and stores. Lots od paid parking options nearby. Apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Check in and check out is super easy because the apartment has electric locks. Host is nice, effective and helpful.

Unfortunately apartment is at the ground floor and all windows are oriented towards inner courtyard that is dirty and ugly. You practically can’t open the shades, so you don’t have natural light in the apartment. There is no proper terrace - the small one that exists is fulfilled with heating and air conditioning equipment so you can’t open that door or shades as well.

As previous reviews wrote. Modern, well equipt, confortable, new apartment.

No light a bit moldy, you can feel as you are in the basemement, yet it is a first flor. 10 min from aristotelus square.

The air conditioner in the other room did not cool. The balcony was very unpleasant.

Big attention to the details and comfort.

I have planned this trip for my parents, and they were very satisfied with the location and services. The check-in was very easy for them (they are not English/Greek speakers - so the check-in using code access came in handy), the location was clean and cozy, and they had easy access to most of the points of interest. Totally recommending this location to couples or families.

The only small downside mentioned by my parents, was the lack of natural light (the window is positioned in between buildings), but not such a big deal given the fact that they were mostly outside during daytime.
