Easy check in, Comfortable beds, very spacious, great AC, 4 min walk to the beach, pool nice and quiet (no shops around but cheap taxis)

Apartment was dirty on arrival. Had to wash all kitchen surfaces and tables on arrival. Upstairs area left a lot to be desired, and the seating area was filthy. We Left the whole area unused as it was too big to clean! Middle bathroom never used as smell was too bad, which was seen in other reviews. Also couch was unusable due to tiny insects all over. Had to get a bug spray and then covered with sheets! Expensive for the quality given, could really do with a small make over.

Very nice apartment and nice view. Has a parking space as well.

Not clean, broken furniture and cutlery. I have never seen such dirty tv controller or kitchen supplies. The worst? Extremely poor help from the staff.

Overrun by ants , a lot of disruption between neighbours arriving to the door , broken air con that needed to be fixed 2 out of the 4 evenings we stayed , no response from booking.com or property agent when these issues were flagged

Besides the main bathroom having no blinds and people seeing through from the hotel, It was fine for what we needed for a couple of days as we didn’t spend much time in it, the air conditioning didn’t work in the lounge / kitchen area so it was very hot in the apartment. The apartment could be wonderful with a little TLC

Just needs a little TLC and maybe some maintenance works to be done. But it was fine for what we needed.

Location was ideal for our first family holiday abroad. Plenty space for our kids to run around, and the pool facilities were great. Only 2 stops on the train from the airport and you are within 5 minutes walk. Beach very close as well, with quick access via a gate from the pool area. If you go a further 2 stops on the train you are in the town centre.

A few small DIY jobs needing done on a few things, and there was a strange smell in the middle bathroom which wouldn’t go away despite having the window open all day.

Great views, spacious and comfortable bed.

One of the bathrooms smelled of sewage that it had to be closed with windows wide open which caused a banging at night but to rid the smell it was needed. The floors and sides were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned until we requested someone come in and do them. The cooker was a pain to use and there was no kettle.

It used to be a wonderful apartment, an enchanting view from the window, a great location, a spacious, huge outdoor terrace.

The photos in the ad were taken many years ago and do not correspond to reality at all. When we arrived, we found the apartments not cleaned, nothing could be seen through the dirty windows. Although the rental company apologized, organized cleaning the next day and refunded the money for the cleaning, the holiday mood was already spoiled. In the kitchen, the cabinets are broken, kitchen tools are missing, the dishes are very worn. I really didn't want to cook in such a kitchen. The bathroom smelled from the pipes and only one shower was available. Toiletries were missing. It was not even possible to use the upper terrace: the outdoor furniture was old, dirty and broken. These apartments are in urgent need of repair.
