Super central with a big shower and a very comfortable bed. Staff were also super accomodating. Would book again!

On the morning of our one night stay we were told that due to electrical damage in our booked accommodation we would be staying in a different apartment. This was in a place of similar size and standard, but further away from the town centre (Despina's Palace Apt Downtown). In the morning the internet didn',t work and phone reception in the apartment was poor. In addition the solar hot water had run out. The host communicated well and was reasonably helpful but it was a frustrating experience.

Nice spot for spending a couple days in Heraklion. Just a block away from the centre, everything is accessible by ~15-minute walk. The room was very clean and quite spacious for 3 people.

The place was fine, but several hours before arrival we were notified that our original booked location was not available, so we had to stay at a different apartment a bit further from the historic centre, so the place we ended up staying was not what we had originally planned logistically. The apartment kitchen was quite nice, but there were no condiments or seasonings stocked (olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.) for visitors to use.

The rooms.were.cleaned daily and fresh.towels were.provided each time. It was convenient in terms of location with the bus station and town centre being a 10 minute walk away. We.arrived early and the staff.allowed us to leave our.lggages at the reception while the rooms were cleaned. Helpful and friendly staff
