In dutch we would say gezellig! small group of well taken care of apartments. All the little details like, dishwasher tablets, coffee, toilet paper ready to use apartment, towels, toy house in the garden for the kids. Sauna and hotub arrangement work very well. The pond with fish was very entertaining for our kids.

- Nice location, close to a small pond and distant from the city - Beautiful yard - Owners created a Christmas atmosphere - Flat was cozy and generally comfortable - The owners were generally responsive and nice - Included in the price sauna is nice, comfortable, and looks new

- The most important thing - noise. We had a "smaller" flat and we had neighbors that had 2 floors flat. The second floor was above us and every time when they used the stairs the noise was above average. Also, since the upper part of the building is built from wood, you will hear even when the neighbors talk or listen to music. - We were staying 5 nights and every day it was new neighbors which till 1-2 am were having parties. I talked to neighbors directly and asked owners. But what is the point if it was different people every day and nothing changed - But the worst part is. We were staying during New Year, and our intention was to rest from the city and have a calm family celebration and Kudowa Zdroj is very small place. So I thought it would be pretty calm place. But it didn't happen. The neighbors from the lower floor and next to us were the same company and they "celebrated" till 6-7 a.m. Obviously, it was uncomfortable to stay awake and talk, and sleeping was not an option completely - The most ironic part is that there is a statement on the information board that there is a 'silent night' rule and no noise after 10 pm as somebody cared :) - In addition. We paid 350 złotyh (around 80 Euro) for one cat which is outrageous considering the high payment for the place itself - Very small bathroom, with 0 storage for your belongings - WI-FI was pretty weak and periodicaly was loosing connection - Bad was uncomfortable, too hard and sheets and pillows look like they've seen better days

It was truly amazing! The place exceeded all our expectations. Specious apartment, sauna, outdoor hot tub. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our time, wish we could stay longer, but definately will come back. Highly recommend to everyone!

Undoubtedly the high rating is correct. We enjoyed literally everything: + Cozy interior design + Fully-equipped clean kitchen with modern coffee machine (and coffee beans) + Nice garden and cute evening lights + TV with streaming services + 25 min of walking distance to the town center The highlight of our stay was definitely the private sauna with music and hot bath with the view to the lake. The reservation system worked really well and entire experience was just lovely. And we really appreciated the bathrobes :) Big thanks to the hosts!

The only minor suggestion for improvement is that we wish there were some instructions for visitors. For example, the best way to connect to Wi-Fi, manuals for the coffee machine, stove, TV and etc. Also a small guide on how to regulate temperature control could be useful if you aren’t tech savvy.

The property is very clean and very good maintained is very green the flowers everywhere very beautiful specially in the night I am highly recommend

Lovely apartments just outside of Kudowa's busier streets. Very clean and very comfortable. It had literally everything we needed, including a toaster! The owners are SO nice and helpful. They respond really quickly. The house is next to a lot of beautiful open land and every morning there were deer in the yard, it was picturesque. I didn't use the spa facilities, but they looked nice and there was even a possibility for a bonfire which looked fun!

Everything was great.

We liked basically everything there. The system of sauna booking, contact-less check-in/out, the cosy wooden apartment itself. All we needed was there (bathroom facilities including towels and bathroves for sauna, kitchen facilities, decoration, TV...). We didn't need to ask for anything. The owner texted us daily to make sure everything is ok and just to let us know pur sauna is getting ready etc. Very sweet approach! We also loved the pleasant scent in the house - very gentle and fresh. :) We came on foot from the border. The street signs and directions were very helpful and we didn't get lost even once. All the journey took about 10 minutes of an easy walk.

Four days weren't enough.

We are experienced tourists and visited a lot of apartments and homes over the world. But this place took special place in our heart. We booked it occasionally just before arrival and we were surprised how the hosts were responsive and helpful. We liked every moment staying there. Apartment is well designed and it feels in every small detail, I believe it was designed by professional interior designer or by person with very good taste. Inside apartment you have everything that you could imagine starting from full equipment kitchen with beautiful tableware and finishing by bathrobes even for children. SPA complex is separate successful story, by the way it is included into the price. Tube with hot water near the small lake is absolutely great. We spend there around an hour together with three kids and everyone enjoyed it. Sauna is perfect! Temperature, fireplace with glass door, smells, music and atmosphere are on super high level! We relaxed there a lot after the whole day skiing in Zieleniec. We regret that we didn't find that place earlier. We will return there in future for sure!
