Прекрасний вид з тераси на море. Ввічливий, симпатичний господар, який допоміг віднести дорожню сумку до квартири. Бо ліфт не до самого кінця, там де ліфт зупиняється ще будете пішки йти 2 поверхи вверх. Майте на увазі хто з візком дитячим і малими дітьми буде як ми.

Несправний холодильник, який не холодить зовсім. При жарі на вулиці +30, ми не мали де зберігати продукти.. Маленький вузький ліфт, хто з дитячим візком буде не зручно.

Das Badezimmer sollte dringendst renoviert werden. Duschen war schrecklich, entweder zu heiss oder eiskalt.

For 90 - 100 euro a night in Ostia you can get better and cheaper. I was thinking of somewhere nice for my mum last days of our Europe tour. We stay 9 countries and this is the worse scam place. Things that they can't change; Location - this is the very poor part of Ostia with very few shops and everything looks bankrupt and not safe. The beach - we were thing we able to get to the beach. The beach in the area is mostly private/pay and you cannot get to the sand unless you walk more than 30 mins Facilities - not the tourist area nothing to see old and just a run down suburb. Going to the airport - think it's cheaper than Rome? No it is 38 euro for 17km with taxi/freenow. 4 time the price to km to Rome. Tip; Going to the airport by bus go to ostia/lido central take the bus to the airport buy the ticket from the tabbaco shop (2 euro each) see picture Things the owner can change but choose not to His attitude and aggressive way of blaming you/world for the problem (see pic) AH like The fridge has an alarm when the power is off and on. 300am day 1 and 445am day 2 the power went off it wakes you up. The sofa bed is bad no use. Water pressure is horrible. Hot water turned off the evening of the last night and did not come back. Bathroom aNd showerbox is too small even an small Asian man like me hits all sides when inside. Only took shower in day due to the issue above. After 15mins of the nice view the reality will hit you that you have been scammed. Hope you avoid this and stay near to ostia Central or nord and 40euro a night cheaper, it is way better and stay away from property managed by this guy. Like a second hand car salesman.

Being an American traveler we didn’t know what to expect, the view is amazing from the rooftop and place is very clean!

Rozkládací gauč pro děti byl hodně špatný. Jedna noc se na něm strávit dala, ale na více nocí by to nebylo.

Все грязное, стиральная машина не работала и нам это сказали по смс после заселения. Запах отвратительный в квартире. Сделали инвойс с 2 ошибками.
