In a great location, just a short walk from the beach , the train station and supermarkets. Access to the apartment by lift then with one flight of stairs. Very friendly host , Emiliano.

We liked everything, especially the awesome view and the terrace. Would definitely return.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was walking location to the beach and the train station to head into Rome city. The owner was able to meet us to check in early in the morning since we had an overnight flight. He also arranged for an early morning taxi to get us to the airport.

The only issue we had was it wasn't as clean as we would have liked it.

The view is amazing. Very close to some nice restaurants.

The apartment is a bit tatty and in need of a bit of decorating, dishwasher didn’t work not a problem just meant we needed to buy stuff to wash up with. Bedroom lamp didn’t work One set of the kitchen lights needed replacement bulbs which the host was meant to come back to do but never did. Bathroom door handle on the verge of falling off. Was still a lovely stay just a few bits that let the apartment down

Because we did not have a European phone it made it a bit more challenging

The host (Emiliano’s father) was amazing- truest a gem!

All necessary food shops, restaurants, cafe's just outside of the building. Wonderful terraces for late evening relaxation after the day. A big thank you for the host for fixing a taxi back to airport as early flight.

To get here from Fiumicino was a small hassle. You need to find the "Cotral"-bus to Ostia (stop only by waiving your hand) and find the one cafe further from the stop that sells the bus ticket (1,30e/person). End stop Ostia Centro and abt 1km to walk, or take a bus.

Everything, location, quality, open area, great size.

The view was very cool.

- Dishwasher not working - electricity would be cut as soon as you use more than 3 appliance at the same time = meaning, cooking with light on and music can be difficult! - Oven not working. - Shower would need to be replaced. - Bed in the living room (couch) very unconfortable: don’t go there with more than 2 people..! - very poor public transport to go there from the airport. - no service/support from the guest.
