Lo único que podemos remarcar en negativo es que solo había un rollo de papel de váter

Very clean and nice place

A nice flat with a small but functional kitchen, good sized bedroom and lounge. Great balcony, which was shared with next door, although the BBQ was on our side (flat A), we did use it one of the nights which was great. The flat is within walking distance of the small beach (Playa de la Aldea), some nice restaurants but they mostly closed at 5pm, the main town the other way (La Aldea de San Nicolas de Tolentino), had most things we needed, not as many restaurants as we had hoped but we ate there a couple of times, there was a great Christmas concert with the Gran Canaria Big Band and a Spanish 'Frank Sinatra', very nice friendly atmosphere in town. Our host was very responsive to any questions.

There were not enough plug sockets for us as we now have a multitude of things to charge, two phones, two kindles, two tablets, there was an extension lead in the bedroom which was great for charging phones, luckily we had brought our own extension lead but there was only one free socket behind the sofa. There are a lot of stairs but that was not a problem for us.

Nice host. Nice appartment. Good place if you like mountains.

People racing cars with schrieking tires late at night 2 meters from our front door.

Location is very good for some walks, and close (1km) to the sea, with a quiet beach, beautiful sunsets and very nice bars. The kitchen is well equiped. People (the owners?) who we were in contact with about the stay were very nice, they checked a couple of times whether we needed anything.

It is next to a road, so not a place where I would like to spend hours in front of the house. The sea is not far, you can walk to the beach, so the location is very good. The washing mashine is not in the room, and you need a 2 euro coin to do washing. It is fine like this, just I was not aware before coming.
