Appartamento Federica

Apartment Federica was very nice. It was clean and recently updated. It was in a great location for where we needed to be. Nice large bathroom. Marcelo was very nice and check in was easy. Marcelo allowed us to check inside early. I was able to extend my stay for one night very easily. Overall we had a very nice stay.

One week prior to arrival, I received an email stating I had to pay the remainder of the stay in cash, plus security deposit, and also there was a price increase in occupancy tax. I was already in Italy and had not prepared for this, since the listing says “remainder of payment by credit card, cash not excepted”. Hopefully he will update this on the listing so guests can be prepared. Also there is no bath tub or microwave that was stated in the listing at the time we booked, this should be updated.

The reception by Olga was good and flexible, thank you The site was close to the sea. The bathroom inside the house is good. Kitchen requirements are okay.

The sleeping sheets are not clean and the house was not well cleaned. The bed mattress is not comfortable. As for the Ostia region, garbage was everywhere and its smell was everywhere. There are not enough places for shopping, such as a large shopping center or the like. The distance from Rome is about an hour by taxi, but if you want by train and bus, it will take two hours. In addition, taxi owners are professional swindlers. A robbery took place before our eyes on the beach.

The apartment is close to the beach, big and clean bathroom, comfy beds and pillows. Me and my friends had a great time there.

The apartment had everything we needed very clean, grocery stores just around the corner, the view was amazing, loved the location no regreet, it was great! Marcelo was very helpful and attended! ❣️

I loved it all

In an apartment like this, guests should prepare their own breakfast. So, in that sense, it was perfectly okay. Guests can easily manage.

We found the rooms a bit cold, if not severely cold though. But it of course depends on personal preferences/requirements. In any case, a few more blanket and/or quilts would be great.
