very easy to locate, Anita was there to help al the way and she was available on whatsapp for any questions.

very clean and tidy 2 bedroom apartment. centrally located with everything within 5 to 10 miles around.

The attention to detail in this property was superb - it really was like a home from home and exactly as it appears in the photos, except better! The apartment is spacious, very nicely decorated, fully equipped and in all honesty the cleanest property I think I’ve ever stayed in. The host, Anita, was absolutely lovely and communicated consistently before, during and after the booking and I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending the property to anyone visiting Bletchley. I’m so pleased I decided to book it as it really was a pleasure to stay here. Five stars from me.

Couldn’t fault it at all

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews but because of my very unpleasant experience, I thought I should on this occasion. I stayed here for my cousin’s wedding weekend and had quite possibly, the worst stay in my life. What was supposed to be an exciting/ pleasant experience became one which was ridden with anxiety. Hosts closely monitored us entering / leaving the apartment using security cameras (they confirmed this in a text message the morning after we checked in); we felt anxious and felt as though we were being watched 24/7. There was no privacy. My sister, aged 15, was unable to sleep on the second night because of how anxious she was. Hosts also altered their daily rate and charged us more than they should have, for ‘extra guests’. We were told to leave if we did not bank transfer the extra money and they suggested that we pay them directly, by bank transfer/ in cash, which seemed dodgy, but I insisted on paying through booking.com. Hosts also took £18 from our security deposit, claiming that the money went towards ‘cleaning services’. Kettle was broken and looked like it had been broken a while - hosts’ immediate claim was that it was working the day before.
