"A hidden gem!"

If your in Sunderland for theatre,football,shopping or beaches,this place is central for all these things. We were there for a wedding at brewers ropery,and it was literally 2 mins away. The cottage was immaculate,comfy and cosy.the host left us milk and water which was so welcoming after a long journey to sit and have a cuppa.robert text to ask if all was ok...the area is very quiet,and we really enjoyed our weekend there.

Nothing! Could not fault the cottage or location.

"Weather stopped us staying longer.😔"

Unfortunately snow n ice made walking very difficult and we left after one night. The forecast was for more bad weather.🥶😓Robert was very informative and understanding,the property was completely lovely. If we return we would go to Roberts accommodation. Thank you.
