"Our short trip was spoilt by the rudeness & irresponsible attitude of Residenz Stuart."

Location was good. Parking was not an issue. Montepulciano is a beautiful town.

The lady, Maria is extremely rude! The shower was totally clogged. The bathroom was filthy. We were unable to take a proper shower for 2 days. When brought to her attention she wrote the following: 'You are the first to make all these protests if you don't like it there are 3000 other accommodations in Montepulciano you can change thank you very much' The above statement clearly portrays her rudeness, irresponsible & arrogant attitude! We would gladly look for other accommodation with proper shower facilities if she offered to refund our paid amount. The drainage is similar in most parts of Europe so the clogging is just very poor maintenance!
