amazing location with a stunning view living room is comfy and the place is well decorated throughout heating control was easy to use and welcome manual was good

address was a bit confusing to find as I didn't find it obvious 25d was inside door number 25 as other addresses had their own i.e. 25b as reported by others the external door lock can be troublesome

The location of this property is breathtaking. North Berwick is very special: a lovely village/town with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and golf courses. The flat itself is not glamorous but it suited us as it had everything it needed plus the view. The walk from the station pretty easy 15 minutes.

Two very long flights of stairs up. No manager on-site, so code supplied to access key. Very late check-in 4pm. These things were manageable for us but just including for information.

Great location and good facilities with all the basics which was great

Comfortable bed and sofa. Fantastic view. Close to shops and amenities. Free station carpark for going into Edinburgh.

Not exactly dislike but we were asked to take our rubbish away, thankfully we hadn't much and none of it was smelly.

Great outlook over the Bay & convenient for town.

Have to say the view from the living room . Quiet and peaceful. Very close to all amenities , everything was nearby . A lovely quaint little flat , perfect for couples . Could have spent hours hours just looking out of the window to the beach and sea beyond , sitting on the window seat …… beautiful .

Access to flat , need to underline that you need to pull the door towards you after putting the key into the lower lock . Made aware on booking , but it could easily be missed , as it was with us , eventually worked out . We are keen recyclists need more details where to put rubbish . The advice given in the flat is just that rubbish needs to be removed . Wanted to hoover up at end of stay , but vacuum cleaner didn’t have any suction .
