Guest Access You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private swimming pool, ensuring complete privacy. The property features its own private entrance, providing you with full seclusion throughout your stay. For stays of 4 nights or more, we offer complimentary housekeeping every third day. If you would prefer daily cleaning, this can be arranged for 1,000 THB per session. Each bedroom is equipped with: • 2 large shower towels • 2 small shower towels In addition, 6 swimming towels are provided downstairs for guest use during your stay. Fresh replacement towels can be provided during your stay for an additional fee of 80 THB per towel. The swimming pool is available for use at any time during the day. Please note that the pool lights operate on a timer and cannot be manually adjusted. Outdoor lighting is also automatic, while indoor lighting can be controlled using the switches inside the property. House Rules & Additional Charges Replacement fees for stained, damaged, broken, or missing items are as follows (prices in THB): • Large Towels – 300 • Swimming Towels – 300 • Small Towels – 200 • Bedsheet – 900 • Blanket Cover – 1,500 • Pillow Case – 200 • Wine Glass – 350 • Drinking Glass – 200 • Slippers – 400 • Singha Glass Bottles – 80 • Bottle Basket – 250 • Keys - 250 • KeyCard - 1,000 Complimentary Singha glass drinking water bottles are provided upon arrival for guest use during your stay. These bottles are part of a reusable system and must remain at the property. Please do not dispose of the bottles or place them in recycling bins. The bottles must be returned so they can be exchanged and reused. Missing bottles may incur a replacement charge. Elephant dolls placed on the bed upon arrival are available for purchase. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing one during your stay. The cost of an elephant doll is 500 THB. Any dolls removed from the property without prior arrangement may be charged accordingly. Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout. The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning, laundering of linens, and preparation of the property for incoming guests. In the event that the property is left in a condition requiring cleaning beyond our standard turnover service, additional cleaning charges may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive rubbish, food waste, stains, smoking residue, bodily fluids, or any unusual level of cleaning required to restore the property to its original condition. Where additional cleaning is necessary, a fee of 1,300 THB per hour will be charged based on the actual time required by our professional cleaning team. Cleaning hours will be documented, and supporting photographs, reports, and invoices may be provided where applicable. Normal use of the property and standard checkout cleaning are covered by the standard cleaning fee and will not incur additional charges.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
