By the Way

Breakfast was continental and set up for us before we arrived. Lots of choice.

This property is cosy and clean. It was ideal for our trip. Everything was perfect. The host is welcoming and very friendly.

The only very slight drawback was the small tv HOWEVER not an issue given how wonderful everything else is.

Clean, comfy, welcoming.

I didn't like that the host had access into the property within the apartment. I feel like that should be advertised on booking. I advise to put a lock on from inside the apartment, so people feel more secure.

Clean and tidy. Lovely facilities. Great location.

Only downside was the overgrowth on the edge that you walk from the gate up to the steps, you have to lean out around the bushes (into the road), which is obviously narrow as it is.

Generous Breakfast cereals; fresh fruit, butter, milk, yoghurts; good recommendation for supper after a LONG drive in rain.

There is a motion-sense light. It would be much better to lengthen the switch period or provide an override. It's the switching on and off that disturbs more than the light level - in my opinion

We stayed at 'Bye the Way' for our 20th Anniversary on 14th September 2024 . although we had directions and instructions, Lynne the owner , met us on arrival and was lovely. Access was easy. The property was more than we could have imagined. it was truly beautiful and quirky . lovely fresh smell and so clean. Every single thing has been thought of. The Bed was amazingly comfy. Lots of lovely provisions, for a continental breakfast the next day, fresh milk and juice etc., in the fridge. lovely fluffy towels. lots of kitchen items and pretty crockery. the living room was exceptionally comfortable. If you needed the owners it wouldn't have been a issue as very friendly, but otherwise they leave you to your privacy. It was a very special time and a very special place. thank you so much from Ann and Mike. We are already planning our return :-)

The only thing i would change is the sensor light which came on endless times, outside the bedroom. as with all things LED... it was so bright and , perhaps not necessary . it would be so much better if the owners were able to make a change in that area. 100% for everything else

The food provided for our breakfasts was delicious.

The property was perfect for our needs, we visited Great Malvern to attend a concert and had a wonderful time. We will visit again when we see that another concert that we would be interested in - a wonderful home from home
