Czystość i wielkość apartamentu. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo blisko są dwie restauracje.

Zimą trzeba być zaopatrzonym w łańcuchy śniegowe bo żeby dojechać do budynku może być konieczne ich założenie. Brak sklepów w okolicy. Trzeba być na to przygotowanym.
