Price is cheap for such homestay. Owner responded almost immediately for complaints we raised during the stay.

There are auto-cutoff electricity if we remove the key. However, key and access card are all sealed and attached together, so one cannot leave someone behind and go out to buy food. Ended up my old father needed to travel out with us even though we wanted to let him rest in the house initially. There is a big vacuum machine out there but there is no hairdryer. Can feel the frustrations of the owner who has fed up of stayers who didn't turn off electricity or who has smuggled items out, or who has secretly brought extra people back to homesytay.....
